Hello, my name is Lauren Arnett, RDN, LD. My passion in nutrition stems from my undergraduate studies at Miami University Oxford, Ohio in kinesiology and nutrition that allowed me to travel to Africa and explore nutrition education research. This is where I found my inspiration in the field of dietetics that brought a spark to my life. My career mission is bringing creativity and excitement into food in simple ways along with pairing exercise into our busy lives. I find enjoyment in being active in my own life through yoga, running half-marathons, workout classes, and walking in the park. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, and watching football on the weekends. Go Bengals & Buckeyes! I completed my Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health in Pennsylvania where I received multiple opportunities in the community, clinical and food service settings to expand my experience in the profession of dietetics. My prior experiences have required that I work effectively with diverse groups, and that I am able to alter my knowledge to the needs of specific populations while emphasizing the importance of compassion for the patient.

My ability to adapt to situations along with proving exceptional time management and organizational skills have prepared me to complete tasks in a variety of environments to deliver quality holistic care. After completion of this program I continued to promote healthy living through a youth development organization in Columbus, Ohio. I am motivated and excited to create for you a functional medicine nutrition plan that is achievable, and I will support you throughout the journey.
